I'm Michele, a Nurse who became a therapist after walking through my own healing journey.

You don’t need to push harder, you need a path back to yourself.

I specialize in exploring the roots of anxiety, OCD, trauma, chronic illness, or whatever your challenge, guiding you beyond mindset alone to:
